1. Perfect Fit Guarantee

The first time you order a model from Noala, you automatically receive our perfect fit guarantee:

• If the size feels wrong, we send a 1-pack in the correct size free of charge.
• You keep the original package – no return is needed.
• When the new size is confirmed, you receive a personal discount code to purchase a 3-, 5-, or 10-pack in the correct size at a discounted price.

How to use the guarantee:

1. Contact hej@noala.se within 30 days from when you received your order.
2. Provide the order number and desired size.
3. We create a free order for a 1-pack and send the discount code when you have found the right fit.

The guarantee applies once per model and customer.

2. Regular Returns and Right of Withdrawal

In addition to the fit guarantee, the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal and our voluntary 30-day return apply.

For a return to be approved, the product must:

• Be unused and in original condition.
• Have all tags and packaging intact.
• Be requested within 30 days from delivery.

How to proceed:

1. Email hej@noala.se with the order number and reason for the return.
2. We send the return address and instructions.
3. Pack the item carefully and send it with tracking.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when we have sent the wrong product or the item is damaged.

3. Damages or Incorrect Items

Check the delivery immediately. If the item is defective or wrong:

• Contact us at hej@noala.se within 7 days with pictures and order number.
• We replace the item or refund and cover the shipping costs.

4. Important about Hygiene Products

For hygiene and health reasons, the following applies:

• Underwear cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened, except when our fit guarantee is used.
• Gift cards and final sale items are non-refundable.

5. Refund

When the return has been received and approved:

• Refunds are made to the same payment method within 10 business days.
• If you have not received a refund within 15 business days after approval, contact us at hej@noala.se.
